Craig Weaver, MS, PT, OCS, Certified Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (The McKenzie Method)

Craig Weaver of Spine and Orthopedic Specialist : Physical TherapyCraig Weaver graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in 1993 with an MS in Physical Therapy.  He became a McKenzie Institute Board certified specialist in mechanical diagnosis and therapy of the spine in 1998.  Additionally, Craig earned his Orthopedics Clinical Specialist Certification from the American Physical Therapy Association in 2004.



Craig’s academic teaching involvement has included orthopedics lab instruction at Temple and Thomas Jefferson Physical Therapy Schools as well as guest lecturing at Rutgers UMDNJ, Widener, and the University of Delaware.  He has done professional continuing education instruction related to lumbo-pelvic-hip differential diagnosis, lower extremity biomechanics, and post-operative spine rehab.

Craig spent the last 10 years as Director of Spine Rehabilitation and Director of Education for a large Delaware-based multi-state practice.  During that period, Craig treated out of a multidisciplinary spine center where he worked closely with several spine surgeons and spine interventional pain management specialists to develop collaborative conservative and post-operative treatment models.  Outside the spine center, he developed company-wide internal as well as regional external continuing education programs and was involved in internal consultation and staff training.
